anti surge compressor cover change...?

well i just got my anti surge compressor cover back from polishing for my 35r. now my question is i tuned the car on a regular bell compressor housing. will the anti surge change tuning much??

I was also wondering how tuning would be effected if the compressor cover was swapped from anti-surge to standard.

I believe that if you were tuned with the standard housing you would run a tad more rich with the antisurge housing since it would be pushing a slight bit less air due to the recirculation in the housing. My concern is being tuned for the anti-surge housing and switching to the standard housing without retuning, would it push enough extra air to create a lean condition and possibly blow an engine without retuning?

Nice noise maker and efficiency killer!!

Actually, the amount of efficiency loss will be small (with slight gain in surge line, which by the way is soooooo far left that a rotary wont EVER be in it). Although optimumly you'd need a retune, in all most likely hood it'll be fine. But don't take my word for it, get a wideband on your damn cars!!!!!!!!!
