Too many unknowns. Depends on your fuel, depends on your fuel system, depends on which EMS, depends on what turbo, depends on many many things such as intercooler (intake temps), plugs, etc. etc. If you know what you’re doing (or your tuner does) and you have enough fuel on 93+ oct pump fuel 1 bar (14.5 psi) seems to be the safe upper limits, granted your turbo isn't out of effiency range, your intercooler isn't overwhelmed etc etc. With aux injection (water, meth, ethanol or a mix) you can run more boost granted all your other sub systems can support it. Race fuel or E85 is a totally different story and more boost can safely be run.

Also, depends what compression the 12A is.

E-85 Is a virtue! They didnt make that many factory 12a turbo cars... Allthough they did need them... Thats where you can get low compression rotors at... How much boost you run is all dependent on your tuner... WHICH YOU WILL NEED! How agressivly he tunes your car and what octain you can run. Some guys back in the "good ol days" got some REAL good results from turbo 12a's...

Good luck man!
