We're going to be carrying the entire 99 Spec front setup.

By entire setup you are talking about the reinforcement bar, turn signals, and under carraige plastics too?

Do you guys allow for local pick up?

Yes sir! Except for the turn signals. They're a a bit too pricey now with lots of decent after-market alternatives. RE-BAR, undertray... etc. The whole works.

Do shaved versions without the license plate block still exist?

The license plate area is actually the air intake for both the stock intercooler and air box.

Have you considered selling Legsport style front canards? Or maybe a custom front canard for 99 spec bumpers that is more subtle like the legsport. I have a few 99 spec canards but they are WAY to aggressive looking for a street car.

If I were to do it, I'd do a similar to Leg Sport style like here that could fasten between the bumper and lip, and between the bumper and fender so requires no drilling, but I would have the shape behind the canard mimick the shape of the bumper exactly, instead of what they did where it's more squared off. You could paint that part body color, and the canard would just "float" with no visible fasteners:

Any updates - would love an aftermarket mounting bar solution - that drags the price up super high for this conversion

You don't need a re-bar to install the 99 spec bumper if that helps. However, you will be missing protection. Many simply shave down the U.S re-bar.
