Feed Hood Groupbuy Please?
 

Start a FEED hood groupbuy, many of us wanting one but not available.

They're working on the new design to revamp some of the minor issues with the previous one. Put me down for one when they're ready!

Put me down. I called them twice last year wanting to buy an FRP Feed hood. Nothing.

The market exists.

I'd also be down for it.

Talked to Ken on the phone the other day and he informed me the hood will be released in a few months. He has the hood but just hasn't been able to test fit it, etc. yet.

call him up again and tell'em the interest keeps getting larger. iv been wanting a hood that looks stock that can also vent.. is there rain guards for these aswell?

Just got off the phone with Ken. He said there's no plans for a group buy for the hood.

he knows there is enough demand that people will buy it anyways.

i'd like to go ahead and pay a deposit to get on a list just to get the dang thing.

The last time I talked to Ken, he said that the guy who was supposed to provide a prototype hood did a terrible job doing so. I think he's gonna shit-can the whole project unless something happens.

I'm in the UK and I know 2 that were for sale recently - I'm claiming one of them for me and just paid for it BUT if anyones interested then I'll check who was selling the other again.

You'd probably find several of us here in the states who are interested. However, the freight charge would likely be...significant.

I am curious, though. PM me with predicted pricing.

Given the price the bloke wants for it and the shipping - its expensive as you say. I just done some rough estimates and itd be around $1k total to the US. Maybe slightly more. No idea what they go for over your side of the water so.....
