Oh yes :) Took some doing and very well packed!!!

I think it would be really usefull to put some lighting in behind the bumpers. It is very hard to see anything at all when looking at the pics.

thinking about FEED 2R front and both front and rear fenders.
still available? how much is the shipping to BC Canada?

Bulla 05-07-07 07:15 AM

Just wanna say thanks to Ken for the front bumper and carbon skirts I got as part of the UK Group Buy, and a big thanks to Killswitch for organising. Great quality items, I look forward to getting them fitted.

Speaking of which how have people attached their carbon sides ? Is it just a case of drilling up into the car and screwing in ?

Cheers

Bulla

Yes, for this particular car he does have authentic all around.

http://img143.imageshack.us/img143/3...1resizeqx1.jpg

But he wrecked this beautiful car and now he has a black one with all our stuff.

http://img143.imageshack.us/img143/8...ts1i014ex6.jpg

And here's my car with parts just freshly painted and a new set a wheels. I never thought I would go with heavy 3-piece wheels, but I wanted to change it up from a track look to a street look, which is rarely seen with this particular kit.

I still need to cut my rear fenders and drop my car a bit. Get a nice low look.

Ken

ImStillOnJava 05-08-07 02:26 AM

mmm...it still looks better in person ^_^ but its looking sahweeet!

killswitch 05-08-07 03:08 AM

Looking good Ken! You're right though you never see that kit on anything but track cars :)

wptrx7 05-08-07 07:53 AM

Offsets and wheel/tire sizes Ken?

shineautoproject 05-08-07 02:05 PM

Remember that the front fenders are 25mm wider than stock and the rears are 20mm wider than stock. I'm not sure if you can tell but I also went with 19's which is outrageous for an FD. 19's would not look good on stock fenders, but I noticed the fender arc on the FEED's are higher, so it decent for a street look. The other gunmetal FD also has 19's.

Work VS-XX Burning black

19x10.5 +29 275/35

19x9.5 +28 255/35 <------ this tire size rubs a lil bit. Im going to try 245/35 and see how it goes. They're toyos by the way.

Photoshop drop

http://img91.imageshack.us/img91/354/rx71jo3.jpg

Also, these fenders take 350z wheels sizes, so you can always sell them to a Z guy :)

Ken

killswitch 05-08-07 02:55 PM

Those look awesome dropped :)

wptrx7 05-08-07 03:45 PM

I am thinking of 18x9.5 all around for my wheels. for the front I was going to go with a 265/35/18 in +42 (same as rears to rotate, I may not install the Burnout rear fenders).

That should be fine with burnout front fenders.

Ken

RedR1 05-08-07 03:50 PM

19's. . . . Work VS-XX. . . . Ken is a baller. I guess all those spare FD parts i've bought have added up. . . :D

those are sick. Love the look!

Herblenny 05-08-07 04:52 PM

Looking good Ken! I need to get my ass in gear and get my car put together..

PHIL

P.S. you should be getting a package from me:)

Gouki7 05-08-07 05:13 PM

damn ken, makito did a damn good job on it =D

RCCAZ 1 05-08-07 07:59 PM

Most of the cars shown in this thread are running the FEED style front fenders. Will this front end work with stock FD fenders?

I think owning 3 FD's qualifies you for being able to lag. :beerchug:

Aren't 350z sizes like +22?

ARD T2 05-25-07 07:10 PM

Ken, what's your exact wheel fitment with tire sizes please?

Thanks, Rishie

Zero R 06-09-07 03:42 PM

3 Attachment(s)
315's all around :) yes the car is dirty and apart I know;) But you can fit a 345 in the back with these quarters if setup with proper tweaking here and there.

-S-

shineautoproject 06-09-07 06:01 PM

HOLY SHIT! Look at that track beast. 345's????? That's crazy. Are those the feed rears? Unbelievable job on the blending in.

Thumbs up on that beast.

19x10.5 +29
19x9.5 +27

350z guys do tend to go with +22, but you can easily fit those on with the fenders and prob the burnout fenders as well.

http://img184.imageshack.us/img184/2328/dsc09881qn7.jpg

These are 18x10.5 and 18x9.5 +22 all around. I was going to buy these from the guy but he didnt want to sell them to me :(. They will work.

What are you wheel/tire size and offsets?

Zero R 06-11-07 03:07 PM

Yes modified feed rears, and fronts, SAP bumper ;). The only reason for being able to fit the 315's up front is strictly due to a lot of work. I honestly dont remember the final offsets on the wheels I went through so many till I got it where I wanted it.

-S-

wptrx7 06-11-07 04:43 PM

The wheels don't say it on them?

Zero R 06-11-07 05:47 PM

No sir, I do know I had the set made to my specs. It took a while to get it figured but I wanted the front to match the rear.

You widened up the bottom of the FEEd front fenders as well huh?

Zero R 06-22-07 12:06 PM

You could say that ;)

shineautoproject 06-23-07 03:40 PM

Ken, do you happen to know, or know someone who knows the wheel size, offset and tire sizes on this car? Probably one of the best looking FD's I've ever seen.

Thanks
Charlie

wptrx7 06-24-07 06:29 PM

I think this picture was taken in the parking lot of Status (wheel company). You will find the exact same picture on my350z.com in the wheels vendore section of that forum and they maybe able to give you the exact offsets.

Luigi

TRISPEEDFD3S 06-24-07 07:23 PM

Would the feed fenders look good with the OEM 99 front end? Anybody have pictures of that?
