FWIW, i can give you some pointers. I don't know if that is your car in your avatar or not, however, if it is, you will need to trim the right part of the diffuser where the exhaust hangs. I have the GReddy Ti and i had to do a lil bit of dremel work. 10 minutes tops?

Also, I had to remove the rear black apron off of the car as well. That took. . . i wanna say. . . a good 20 minutes. That included a 18 minute beer break, lol. The install is very simple.

Also, my car was up on a lift, so it made it very easy

TRISPEEDFD3S 06-16-06 06:32 PM

yeah that is my exhaust, and yes i know i have to trim it. that is going to suck. LOL im kind of lazy to do body work. thats why i asked how much haha!

It shouldn't have anything to do with the rear fenders.

i know i didnt catch it before and when i saw it i was un able to edit it, but i meant the rear bumper :P

treceb 06-28-06 10:59 AM

it wont fit or sit way too low with almost any aftermarket rear bumper.
thats why i didnt get the full burn out kit. how ever it might work with a bit of molding to the sanai rear skrts.

HOORAAYY for cheap chinese knockoffs! I think I'm gonna outsource my daily work to China! I suggest everyone do the same ASAP! It's a good thing this company is destroying the rarity of buying authentic parts, all while stealing pictures from the actual company that produces them.

relax scrub... they're providing a supply to people's demand. I'm sure everyone would love to get their hands on the authentic items, but can't support the hefty price tag it comes with. Replicas or variations have been around forever, look at Rotary Extreme- they made a killing off it. Shine Auto makes quality parts and we should just leave it at that...Also, all their parts are made in house here in the US, not in China. ;) BTW- I saw your other post, I say keep the wheels gold! :D

your getting ALOT of people interested in the one of rthe FC i want one as well...could u do it? or special order it id need one for the time attack car....thanks'!

Scrub 06-29-06 01:50 PM

haha, thanks about the wheels. I dunno if the parts are being made here in the U.S. maybe I over did it a bit, but it's frustrating when unique parts aren't unique anymore. :)

haha i've always been a fan of those wheels... I understand you completely and thats exactly what I did when I put my project together - I sought out rare parts. Keep in mind though, its people like you and I that will go to any lengths to find that rare items, many others may not share that same obsession. Many want something that is priced right, looks good and functions. Shine Auto offers them this outlet. So what if Shine makes a few dozen kits of the popular ones. Eventually someone would have came along and do the same thing. That's just the nature of the beast. However, what is unique is how we conceptualize our projects. That can't be replicated by any means... keep me posted with your progress- i'm a fan of your 7! haha :)
