11:20am:Mazda Event Presentation and Final Greetings

11:30am:Mazda Race Corral Presentation

11:35am - 12:30pm:Photography and Autographs - Mazda Management and Special Guest @ (Race Corral)

12:00pm:Formal Main Stage Presentations Conclude

12:00pm - 2:00pm:LUNCH

1:00pm:Seminar # 1 Knight Sport History, Rotary Product Line and Special Projects by Mr. Nakamura @ (Seminar Room - Cafeteria)

2:00pm:Seminar # 2 International Mazda Cosmo Sports Meeting in Germany by Takaharu “Koby” Kobayakawa @ (Seminar Room - Cafeteria)

3:00pm:“Best of” Awards Presentation & Raffle (Main Stage)

4:45pm:End of SevenStock Daytime Event

INSTRUCTIONS
A big thank you to all of the Rotorheads who will be headed to SevenStock XII! Thanks to SoCalRX Club, SevenStock XII Organizers, The Volunteers, Rotary Vendors and Mazda.. THE ONLY MANUFACTURER TO CURRENTLY HAVE A PRODUCTION VEHICLE POWERED BY A ROTARY ENGINE!!!

Here's the basic plan for the morning before the event gets under way.

First and foremost, all SevenStock Crew members will be wearing these:

The only Entrance to SSXI is to enter Gateway Blvd on the South side, from Alton.
Gateway is CLOSED on the North entrance, ALL DAY.

You will then make a left hand turn to this BIG parking lot we have borrowed for the day as well!

Parking will be according to generations: Old Schools, FB, FC, FD, and RX-8s. There will be a handful of volunteers to assist you in staging here at this lot, please do not run us over! This lot is not for you to act like an @SS, burnouts, speeding, slalom, etc :icon_no2: ... Irvine PD will be staffed at the event, and we will not hesitate to point them in your direction, so PLEASE act accordingly. :)

****IMPORTANT!!**** ONLY LINE UP HERE IF YOU CAN STAY UNTIL 2PM!! WE WILL NOT LET ANYONE LEAVE THE SHOW AREA UNTIL 2PM! NO EXCEPTIONS!!! CARS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO MOVE UNTIL AFTER 2PM! Park in the "Non Rotary" area if you are leaving before 2pm! THANKS!

SevenStock will officially begin @ 9am. When that occurs, please listen to our parking volunteers!Cars will head out to the show area, in a single line, around this building.

***Cars are backed into the parking spots, if you lack this ability, please practice NOW, until you are able to do so. If you are taking 10mins to back up in a spot, YOU are holding up the line and it is not cool.*** :lol:

If you have attended SevenStock before, the layout remains the same. Please visit our Raffle Booth and purchase tickets for the BEST RAFFLE anywhere. Tickets are $2 EACH

For those of you who will not be driving a Rotary Vehicle to the event, please park here. IF YOU MUST LEAVE SSXI BEFORE 2pm, PLEASE PARK HERE AS WELL!
