ABOUT THE EVENT AND ORGANIZERS

The Southern California RX Club is a group of rotary engine enthusiasts who put on the SevenStock event for rotorheads worldwide; for Enthusiasts by Enthusiasts.

The Club is NOT a for-profit enterprise, and runs SevenStock on a break-even basis.

Historically, club members cover the costs to put on SevenStock, and hope that t-shirt & raffle sales will cover the credit card bills.

- No one that helps put on this or any other SoCal RX Club event gets profits; Directors, members or volunteers.
- No we did not "break up" with Mazda. Unfortunately, this year we encountered some late scheduling conflicts.

This Year’s First Time Entrance Fee:

The SoCal RX Club has always worked very hard, along with a couple of key sponsors, to make SevenStock a free event. This year, without a donated facility to accommodate Sevenstock, we felt the show must go on. As a result, we need to cover the costs of renting this year’s world-class venue. As much as we'd prefer to keep SevenStock absolutely free, we've worked hard to keep costs as low as possible. By attending Sevenstock and aiding in our fundraising efforts, we can continue to have this annual Rotary-themed event. Without you, the rotary enthusiasts, Sevenstock wouldn’t be possible.

We hope to see you at Sevenstock, and that you enjoy it as much as we enjoy putting together the World’s Largest Rotary- Enthusiast gathering.

Long Live The Rotary!

so outside display and indoor display are in somewhat the same area but not close to each other, is there shuttle or is the 1/2 mile distance your talking about?

Rotary13B1 10-20-11 06:23 PM

Outside and Inside displays are right next to each other. outside refers to outside Hall 7. We will have the whole venue fenced off.

See the area marked off right next (SevenStock Show Area) to the yellow STAR in the diagram above.

Fuel reduction strategy

Is there a special area reserved for smoky burnouts to reduce excess fuel in the tank? :icon_tup:

Thank you 94socal7 for putting this together.
Might be useful to add the date (unless I missed it). I know it's in the link you posted but I figure it might be good here too.
Thank you to Rotary13b1 for his signature LOL (that's where I noticed the date).

In case somebody is explicitly looking for date, here it is:

Rotary13B1 10-27-11 10:54 PM

Folks,

In order to expedite the morning. I am going to give out some instructions, because I will be the 2nd person you will meet Saturday Morning. 1st Person will direct you to the payment lines, where our Payment Collection Crew will be.

  • [*]
  • [*]
  • [*]

You will tell me INSIDE or OUTSIDE, pay ( CASH ONLY!) and I will hand you an ENTRY CARD and WRISTBANDS to get into the Venue.

PLEASE FOLLOW THE DIRECTION OF OUR PARKING STAFF AT THE STAGING LOT.

Easy!

One more note: Folks, please practice backing up your Rotary!!! Backing up at an angle, or backing up perpendicular. Find an empty parking lot and practice, you don't want to be THAT guy/girl holding up the line when we are rolling to the show area.

THANKS EVERYONE! We are less than 36 hrs away from SevenStock14!!
