The only racing of the day.

I skated here, pretty cool event but will lean on the board to try and bring this event to the "great park" so owners can showcase their vehicles in a cone course rather than playing with toys. Really mellow laid back vibe among the owners, most had 5-10 years into their projects and all new each other lending to a "where everybody knows your name" cheers atmosphere. Great support from Mazda, Vendors and race teams were all relegated to separate areas so it never had a swap meet feel but was just focused on the cars. Thank you to all the participants for sharing with us, and to Mazda and the city of Irvine for hosting.

Dude your car was awesome when I pulled behind you in the staging area I was like "damn that car is clean" then when you opened your hood I knew it was game over lol

It's cool seeing how your ride looked in black through the sig pic, but with the contrast of black on blue (my colors) it has now it looks hot :icon_tup:. It was like 4 or 5 miles but totally worth the trip, might have stayed all day with one of my cars but still had a couple hours of work left at the office.

Thanks again for the smoke and patient ear, and to everyone else for being so downright hospitable; the vibe is something missing from most car clubs and shows these days :beerchug:
