Those don't look like coil overs on the rear, just adjustable shocks? Am I mistaken? Yeah cut that bump stop, it makes a difference on a lowered car.

So what GSLSEforme says +10000. Drain tank of old gas, replace fuel filter, recommend cleaning/rebuilding carb, replace all rubber fuel line hoses to tank and to engine. It doesn't sound that bad....

The indent is not shaped at all like the gap in the FBs between the tail lights. You'd have to trim it down and if thats the case, you may as well fab one up instead.

LD is correct, thats a safety on the vent tubing to prevent gas seepage on a rollover. You can bypass or keep your choice. Mine sits up under the car with no hoses as its bypassed.
