With a cable throttle, just ensure it fully opens...

With a cable throttle, just ensure it fully opens the LS blades. Many have to "shave down" the rear of the FD gas pedal to allow enough range of motion. I simply used a Dremel.

The V8 will outlast the rotary twice. For the money and time of "flip flopping" wiring and drivetrains, you could just have a forged engine on the stand waiting.
