Green ethylene glycol works. Or the red Asian coolant is also fine...imo. I change mine annually but at least bi-annually imo. It goes acidic with time and you have a bi-metal engine and soft seals....

I'm not sure what happens if you get it wrong, but I always have to stop and make sure the correct face of the clutch disc is facing the flywheel. IIRC it will 'sit' both ways against the PP. ??
