According to google, it's a 430 ft difference (Athens is higher). So i could attribute to some loss in power, but that's a pretty small change. Do you still have the atmospheric pressure sensor...

Kind of expected with such a huge jump in injector size. Get injectors that are closer together between the primary and secondary.

Also check to make sure your injector impedance is correct.

I think its more about windows 10 than the com port. It should work with a serial usb...but a serial usb on win10 is another story.

The point of the Rtek is so you can make your own fuel corrections. The ECU will make some corrections for part throttle driving based on the O2 sensor, but the Rtek doesn't do anything in that...
