My sister in law taking my niece to school was run off the road by someone and when she went on the grass she hit the bottom piece of a hurricane wilma blown over stop sign. 
The stop sign wasnt there but that little metal piece at the bottom was still there and it caught the bumper and cracked it. It only cracked somewhat and i put some duct tape to keep it together but then i went to the hangout and we happened to be hitting about 155 mph when the **** started flapping it broke off and whent underneath the car.
