if you can't make power with a V8 and you need to throw a blower or turbo on it...then your wasting your time...

but, if u do make power with the V8 and want more...then add turbo or blower

but boosting a built V8...now that just takes a big set of ballz!!!

adam, just go find somewhere else to race. it seems like all you are concerned about is who you can and cant beat in a race. have you ever thought that we like to just enjoy our cars? everytime i have seen you driving you have been beating the **** out of that poor car, thats not the kind of person i want to race, because when i beat you, you will mod your car more and then nag somemore for another race. so i was just being sarcastic about racing you, its not gonna happen unless you pay me.

as for the n2o is for pussies, yep it is. yes turbo/blowers are power adders, but it costs alot more and is more reliable (and you dont have to refil it) just think of all the money you would save if you didnt have to refill the bottle all the time. everytime you fill that bottle its like another payment you could have made on a forced induction setup, then you would have something worth racing. you would have to ask/beg people to race, they would volunteer just to see how they stack up. but a nitrous and exhaust lt1 formula?? they are a dime-a-dozen.

i dont have to find ppl to race theres plenty just wanted to try an FD, and i beat on that poor little car because its stout as hell 170k miles and still runs like a champ, and im getting a new one soon...but since all you guys cant get off ur high horses ill just leave you alone...you guys(not all) but most are just a bunch of jerks, merlin and the lt1 FD guy seem like nice guys...

well you seem to be a little over confident with your car capabilities. I raced a C6 vette and beat him in my FD I was indeed shocked becouse I thouth I didnt have a chance agains something that had 400hp vs 320hp in my car and masin FD has even more power that mine so ye It doesnt take a math genius to figure this one out. As for high HP numbers whats the point if you cant go but in a straith line anyways. And for the 408 TT car yes it will have power but I can find cars around here that are faster than that and you wouldnt even suspect it so lets just not go there.

 

Masin...yeah, i'll be talking to u about the '88 7...and actualy in 70 yrs it will be 7/7/77...and 30 years after that, another 7 / 7/ 07...dont we love numbers??

Everyong...enjoy ur car how ever you can, be it racing or be it just owning...or driving nice curvy roads. Not everyone cares about winning a race, hell, i purposely lose so people will leave me alone...

but hey, we are all here because we like RX-7s, piston powered or rotary powered.
I can say from personal experiance that the SC club isn't concerned with who's faster than who, we like to give credit to each car on its own. and get together when we can...we all have our character flaws and like with every thing else in life, each of us get along better with some than we do others....some people like me, some think i'm a jerk...but we all come together and have a good time.

 

only thing people will hate you for is vision with a S13 front end. LOL i have a feeling you guys are gonna kick my *** whe i pull up w8ith a S13 front end. *im bringing a weapon when i get the front end made*

LOL, but seriously, i said I would race you. I'm in for the fun of it. You beat me with or without the use of N2O so be it. Who cares it's for fun!

My car is completely stock(ish). My mods consist of:
GReddy FMIC, Intake, Ti Catback. DP and MP. I'm currently running ~16 lbs of boost, though will be taking it back to 15 here soon (no ETA on that). Currently putting down 328 HP to the road whenever my tires decide to grip. If you want to race, let me know. We can go to my buddies 1/8th mile track on a Friday and go at it for fun.

well that c6 prolly puts down about 350whp me about 380whp so and it could been driver error from what i see ur a good driver rotary crazy...remember ive never said id beat anyone on this site and will never say it im not cocky, as where masin is and albeit he may have a right to be he still shouldnt be, so why dont we race guys nothing but air and opportunity, and a good handshake at the end of the race either way is fine for me

 

i know it will have power 1000rwhp+ im sure there are cars that can beat it but ud be hard pressed to find one, btw his car is a full street car...
