Rotary Shops near Raleigh

I'm looking for recommendations for a rotary shop in the Raleigh area.
Need some solenoids changed.

But, but your in Florida. LOL

No rotary shops in the area, especially no shops that could change solenoids properly. I'd be glad to help if you're new to the area, shoot me a PM.

Rotorsports Racing in Kannapolis (near Charlotte). Bryan has been working on rotaries for 30+ years. My build thread has all the work he did on my FD. https://www.rx7club.com/build-thread...1127397/page4/

My buddy jake had his motor built and tuned by Bryan and i’ve been contemplating it myself. We should all try to link up, he finally got it tagged so he’s ready to put some miles on it

Yeah, Bryan at Rotorsports is a stand up guy and their work over there is to the highest standard. They cut no corners and even button up little minor things here and there as they work on major issues. They were doing my bushings and tuning my FD and decided to fixed my passenger side door handle for no reason at all. Didn't charge me for it or even tell me lol. I didn't notice it until I got home, pleasant surprise. Thanks Bryan!

I normally do all my own work, however my tools are all 700+ miles away. I will end up taking my FD to them for the coolant seals when I'm able.

coolant seals? you mean a full rebuild?

when i lived in north carolina, i gave rotorsports a call and the guy that answered was amazing. ULTRA helpful. I wish i had the opportunity to let him do something but i ended up figuring out my issue. angel motorsports in virgina isnt really all that far away from raleigh. i drove to angel motorsports a few times and i lived in goldsboro. its worth the trip

No, I honestly do not plan on doing a full rebuild (my definition of a full rebuild is new housings, etc.) My motor compression tested in the 110's on both rotors when hot & normalized to 250 rpm, so assuming there is no other damage aside from the coolant seals, I will probably just get by with those and apex/side/corner seals. Their rates weren't bad at all based on what I was quoted.
