well after much searching i was able to recieve how much each shirt was each pit crew shirt was $40.00 when he charged $48.00 and each regular shirt was $9.50 when he charged $15.00 i will scan the receipt post it up later tonite...
so we can all see that Val only used the club for profitable benefits.

Consider this Luis.... Digitizing costs money... so try to figure in the cost of Digitizing.. when you do you will see that i ended up paying out of pocket for the remainder.
There 2 panels per side..that is the front and back = 4 silk screen panels so do the math.

Have you added the cost for Digitizing ?
The cost for Rush Order of which at the time of the first Pit Crew shirts prior to HMS was less than a week... you have not considered those costs either... well for your information those costs were absorbed by the totality of the number of shirts and tshirts alike.

Go to any place that does silk screening and see what they charge for Digitizing and the whole process....

What i am going to do is attempt to contact all the persons that paid for a Pit Crew shirt...

In the meantime I will post the following Paypal transaction which is the one that pertains to you where I refunded your funds.. you paid a little more because i believe you were getting a 2XL which had an upcharge of $2.00

Here is a mathematical problem for you ...

If i ordered 36 ? Pit Crew Shirts/ t-shirts... and everyone paid what you paid and the paypal commission charge of 2.79% +30 equaled $1.55 not including the guys that bought the 3XL like Abe or 4XL like Berky

The total commission charged (36 x $1.55) to this person Val was $55.80
Only a handful paid in person or depositing into a bank account.

Who would have compensated me for that ?

The embroidery process is not called Digitizing but rather "Vectoring" which means that the colors and schemes have to be broken up into vectors so the computer program could read it and the proper spacing and stitching or thread count per square inch could be transposed. Like this the Embroidery Machine could stitch on the shirts.

I spoke to Jeff and he told me that Vilmarie went to see him yesterday posing as the Treasurer of the SOFLA RX CLUB and that I was no longer a part of the club and that she needed to reorder shirts. Of which he quoted her the price that I paid less the digitizing and that the name would change to DSR.

If Vilmarie had some kind of receipt she didnt get it from me... at least that is what i was told that she had some kind of receipt... its a clear indication that her intent is to Mudsling me and discredit me... which in Politics is playing dirty... I am sure that people like Tony who has commented before will one person who will see that she is continuing to mudsling me.

Its called Vectorizing and its a pain in the ass. Next time do your design in a vector based program like Illustrator to avoid that cost. It will be harder though to design a cool logo in illustrator due to the constraints.

I still find it unfathomably redundant that you have a one track mind and you are not able to see things for what they are. You were all waiting for me ? I feel so privileged and honored. In no shape or form was it conveyed to me that the meet last night was about ME... i thought it was about Rotorheads getting together for a hang out... If i had known that I was to be the guest of honor then i would have made some concessions and would have rented a Limousine and Tuxedo.

My sole (Not to be confused with Soul as in Alma) intention was to have a great time getting together with other rotorheads and support Vilmarie's venue. The SOFLA RX CLUB is still an entity that exists and it will continue to flourish .. You may not be a part of it but I can live with that because the club will be taking a more serious direction less the drama that has been apparent in the past. It really wasnt my idea for you not to have been a part of the club a few months back but your current fearless leader was very strong in her convictions as to who she didnt want to be a part of the club. It was shared amongst others in your circle. Since I was no longer just the primordial voice and now had a team of officers I was obligated to go with the majority vote. If you really believe that this was the reason you are way off base. It is clearly evident that the intent was to create a different type of club and to be quite honest a good friend of yours who i spoke to today said that this DSR club wont last. I wont go on to mention as to the reasons why He felt this way. Vilmarie was removed as Treasurer for the simple fact that she didnt do anything ... she didnt fulfill the position for which she was appointed to and was not able to be reached for comment when needed. Given those reasons and the lack of responsibility on her part I was left with the task of removing her. Establishing the new club under the pretenses that have been shown by posing as an officer of the SOFLA RX CLUB was uncalled for. To add further insult to injury she informed this man that I was no longer a part of the club in order to have a copy of the 1st invoice but its a good thing that she didnt get the 2nd invoice that would have reflected the Digitizing and Vectorizing costs which would make the prices i set plausible as well as valid.

What more further proof do you need when I just posted it above a few hours ago. You paid $43.20 and not $48.00

This is a figure of what Digitizing costs: $ 20.00 per screen
The logo consisted of a 1-Rotor & 1-Soflarxclub letters on the front and then of course the back side. Get out your calculator Danny; that is 4 silk screens for a total of $80.00

The Vectorizing for the Pit Crew Shirts costs: $25.00 per layout
The shirts had one Fullback Design conprised of 1-Rotor & 1-Soflarxclub
The Sleeve had the Mazda RX7 which were three parts.
The Mazda Emblem in Grey,
The Mazda Name in White,
and RX-7 or RX-8 in Red.
so there were Three separate Vectorization processess.
Just the name with the forum name underneath were $6.00 each.

So when you add these totals together you have an extra $ 50.00

$80.00 + $ 50.00 = $130.00 divide this by the number of T-Shirts and Pit Crew shirts on some because he gave me a discount for some like not adding in the Name and Forum name.

Lets say that Hypothetically there had been a total of 36 items which is divided from $130.00 that would leave $ 3.61 each. That is not including the $6.00 for Name and Forum Name and of course the Vent on the sides which had to be paid to a seamstress.

If you add this number of $3.61 + $9.50 = $ 13.11
(This is Hypothetical of course) because we havent figured in Uncle Sam and his 7% FL tax.

If I charged $15.00 per shirt via Paypal and of course Paypal charges a 3% commission plus withdrawing from paypal via an ATM is a flat $2.00 surcharge per transaction whether it is Bank of America or WAMU.

Do I really need to go any further or is this making sense to you....

I think that at this point I just need to stop here.... I dont have to prove anything else to you... lets see if you really are a man of your word at this point. So yes , I would like a formal apology at this point.

Let's keep this on a friendly basis. You are wrongly accusing Vilmarie as posing as the treasurer of the So Fla Rx Club to get the invoice you are talking about. Jeff offered the invoice to Vilmarie as a geture for her to see that he would not overcharge her on the new shirts she wanted made but would just charge her the same amounts he charged you.

I really dont like taking sides in these situations, but today i went with Vilmarie back to Jeff so she could order her shirts and the first thing that Jeff said was that you told him that Vilmarie was no longer the treasurer of the So Fl Rx Club because she was a thief and had stolen from the club and also not to sell her any merchandise. I honestly thimk that was very uncalled for.

Thank God Jeff didnt believe you for one minute. As a matter of fact Jeff sold Vilmarie all the shirts that were embroidered with the mazda rx7 logo on the back(which are the ones that were supposedly botched up the first time) for 20 bucks a piece and he will embroider the name and forum name of whoever wants one on the front for free plus the DSR on the left front.

As per Jeff he has not talked to you besides you bitching at him over the invoice he gave out to Vilmarie for 3 months. He claims he has not heard from u about the ballcaps all this time.

The best thing to do is just let bygones be bygones and whatever money u made on the transactions is yours to keep. Lets just drop all this BULLSHIT so nobody has to keep explaining themselves.

I had every right to bitch over the invoice... my dealing was with him one one one and no one else... why should he furnish sensitive material to someone that has nothing to do with the SOFLA RX CLUB. That was wrong for him to do that and he said that the reason why he did it was because Vilmarie had told him that I was no longer with the club and that she needed to reorder shirts. He assumed that since she saw her with you just like he had seen you with me way back when that she was legit.

On another note... for many weeks i attempted to contact Vilmarie about the funds.. left countless messages, even spoke to her mom on one ocasion to let her know that i called, i even spoke to Tito in another instance and yet she continued to not return my phone call. Even when she was moving I suggestedt hat i would drive to Saga Bay or Old Cutler Rd area to meet her to get the funds and still she would not return my call... what am i supposed to think about someone who is exibiting this type of behavior ? Someone that was appointed as treasurer and has the funds but yet does not release them .... what would you think ?
