It took me longer to dig up that white FB picture than I care to admit. I was trying to get the thread back on topic... I'll try again.

How's the FB coming along Ray? Show us some pictures.

I recently got some new shoes for the FD, its a much different car now that it has decent grip...

I used $6 center caps from a Honda Pilot, sanded off the H logo, repainted them, and got some sweet vinyl logos courtesy of Alex.

Even cleaned up the interior a bit, the dash trim is now a matte tornado silver metallic.

The Pre Prod is looking very nice, too, I detailed the engine bay recently. How do you like those first gen spark plug wires?

There, I showed you mine, now show me yours.

The PrePro looks fabulous Brett:

And the FD don't look bad either:

You guys do good work.

The LE work is coming along. It takes some time because I always restore two or three copies of everything so I'll have fresh parts on hand for the next rebuild (which will be the White One III, ported 12A, Panasports, the works).

I'd post pics but PhotoFuckit is holding all my earlier documentation hostage, they want $300 a year for being pigs.

Nothing is Sacred in the Age of Trump.

So if anyone has any suggestions for how to post pics without Capitalist Pigs sinking their sticky snouts into the process, please let me know.

I'm confused... why is there a distributer in there?

And my car looks BANGING now with new paint and new A/C hoses.

Hey Ray....

Ray, just click the insert image link and upload them from your computer.

I haven't posted in awhile so here is my every day rotary, 87 FC with ice cold AC!

I still have the Red FB but now it has an Arkay turbo kit on a junk yard 12a making some real nice power

And the race car is still collecting dust

It is a pre-production euro spec car, so it has all sorts of weird bits here and there.

Good looking paint on that FB!

All of the euro s4 NA cars had that ignition setup, to my knowledge.

The SE engine was a four port, wasn't it?

Yes, the euro spec cars had a 6 port motor with weird solenoid operated 5th and 6th ports. It has a big honkin thermal reactor type exhaust manifold like the FBs too.

my 84 and my current 85 SE are 6 ports with a 5th 6th port pressure solenoid that is activated via the exhaust. Supposed to kick in at 4-4500 rpm. I had the thermal reactor manifold but opted for the RB strictly designed for 84-85 SE header and tuned exhaust with pre-silencer. It made a huge difference in acceleration and extended high rev. Shift. The alarm sounds at 7000 but still pulls hard to 7300-7500.

I haven't looked at your radiator resurrection thread in a while, how's that prize winning FB coming along?

I feel rather stupid as well. Honestly its been a long time since I thought about first gens.

I've got some new wheels coming... and I just received my tires from TR Wholesale today. Sometimes it's nice to be the parts manager of a body shop hehe

I'm starting to understand how a dip **** like Donald Trump got elected.

We have a very uneducated electorate.

Six ports suck, 4 ports is what you need.

So said Felix Wankel.

Alex, the red car looks beautiful as usual. A turboed junk yard 12A, how good does it get?

Good to hear from you Alex and I'm sure you know this already, but just in case you haven't heard:

Donald Trump is Mentally Unstable.

Thanks for the tips James and Alex on how to post pics, but RX-7 no longer affords me those click to include options, not sure why but I have my suspicions.

Kind of like those posts of mine that they deleted.

So I went out and found this Socialist pic hosting site, cubeupload, let's see how it works:

Pics of the Nikki:

Pics of the alternator:

And a pic of the engine bay in progress:

Let's try this:

Do the six port 12As suck?

I'm finally realizing there should only be two ports per rotor. In and out. That's all there needs to be; and they have to be in the housings. Now I just gotta make one.

All I need is a cheapo RX8 and some time, but I've got other projects on the table.

Thanks Michael, it's coming along.

I'm installing the RB exhaust system but this takes time since I'm removing and refinishing all the original exhaust mounts.

I'll post pics later but here are some others for now for those with the courage to click on a Socialist web site:
