9AM – 12PM – Show and Shine
12PM – 1PM – Lunch and awards
1PM – Lecture by Grahams county Sheriff’s office and EMS. Also, by Pro Bike racer and RX7 owner Rob ??. Rob have ran Deals gap many many many times.
1:45PM – Caravan out of Fontanna village and to Deals Gap.
2:30PM – 5PM – Other side of Deals Gap: Each group leaders will lead 5-7 cars.
5:30PM-6:30PM – Meet up at the Fontanna Dam for pics and gathering.
6:30PM – 7:30PM – back to Fontanna village or Free time to run the Gap.
7:30PM – 10PM – Dinner at the Fontanna lounge – Carolina Room (Buffet for $11.50)

Oh yeah, I also booked me one of the New Log Cabins. The lady on the phone didn't want to give me the discount at first. She put me on hold to try to find John but couldn't get in touch with him. She finally gave me the discount but said that she'd call back if John didn't approve it.
Moral of the story, make sure you check to see if you got the low season rate and the discount and not the mid season rate and discount.

Is the show and shine and lunch going to happen at Fontana, Deals Gap, or at the lake on the other end of the Gap? I am going to get there Saturday morning about 7:30 or 8 to start filming. The trailer for the DVDs should be done soon.

Made reservation at Fontana Village today. Looking forward to seeing everyone I met in Birmingham at Steve Kan's last tuning weekend and to meeting everyone else.

I hope to join up with those coming through Chattanooga on Friday. Just let me know once a decision is made about when and where to meet.

I’ve ridden the Dragon’s Tail before, but only on a crotch rocket. It ought to be a great time.
