Side feed injectors? Where do they mount? How are they controlled? AIC? Sounds interesting

 

You'd have to get a PFC or some similiar stand alone to control larger injectors. They mount to the STOCK location , no need to upgrade the whole system!! Thats the good thing about it. So you dont have to spend 400+ on just the fuel system.

Went to Moroso today for the event. Rotaries were out in full force, it was pretty badass. I happened to run into Louis (lumil73) at a reststop on the way home. He just got his Microtech in, I cant wait to see his badboy run. Also happened to run into Jack (boostcrzy) when I was looking at his car at the "snapoff racing" booth. They had some nice 7's out there. Would have been nice to have seen a little more though

P.S. Is the meet for Markham Park on 4/24/05 still on?

I would like to run a contest....

To see who can design a Logo... a T-Shirt Logo having to do with Rotary, RX's , RX7 .. something that someone has not done before.

The prize will be a Gift Certificate to either Best Buy or perhaps one of the area shops in town.

I want some feedback and some PM's

Email me and I will send you a mock up of a T-shirt where you can either email me a Draft of your design or fax it to me.

Once a design has been voted in by a vote of our peers (RX7 People or Rotary People) we can look into having this design placed on a T-Shirt whether it would be black or white or some other acceptable color. Now being that a lot of people that attended the March 27th Meet were from Dade and Broward Counties then perhaps the T-shirt can say Dade-Broward... I dont know... that Homework will be left up to whoever comes with the winning design. For all who attended and the ones yet to attend our next meet on April 24th.

 

i have one that already being printed. Im having 12 of them done. i just dont know if i should say what it says untill i wear it to the next event.

I dont have a record for you having been at my last event.. if you were there ..you didnt sign in the roster that was at the table near the TV.

As far as what yours says... if there is profanity on it I wouldnt approve it. I dont know how the rest of the people would feel but i know that i wouldnt feel that great about.

If anything it would be great to send a positive message... like what a lot of you displayed out at the Miami West Kendall Meet on March 27th. No one raced each other which was good because there werent any problems to be had... and I know that we like the power in our RX7's but everyone was cool and chill.

So if your T-Shirt really does say that which you said it does then I can tell you right here that I would not support it.

My Aim is to have a really good club of fellow Rotary enthusiasts .. to have a place where we can all get together and talk Rotary. To plan some BBQ's , car shows, events, maybe even get in a magazine as a group and definitely have profile spot on my upcoming website dedicated to the Rotary Enthusiast. To take advantage of the benefits that my sponsors will be providing and to really reflect a positive message.

Sounds good Val, make it like the South FLA Rotary Crew (just the South FLA part) doesnt have to be "crew", and ofcourse we welcome rotor heads from all over the state. I think its a good idea, especially at the snails pace that MRCCFL is doing.

 

I didnt make the last event because i was at a family gathering that did not include my rotary family. i hear i missed quite a get together though. As for the tshirt i respect and understand your views and the shirt i have is not really what your looking for. you want something specific to distinguish a crew with some sort of slang or name. my shirt is just to tell people what i represent and how i roll. LOL. Rotary all the way since i was 16 and im 28 now. i will try to come up with something for the shirts and give it to ya. hope i can make the next event.

Let me quess Rob... you probably went to that Gothic store known as Hot Topic at Dolphin Mall.. that is where they have all that garbage... but that's ok,, I hear they have west coast chopper stuff too.

Anyway... Now that you mentioned Dolphin Mall...

On the ride up to Markham Park on April 24th there is a group of guys who will be joining our caravan and will meet at Dolphin Mall parking lot near Borders.

We will depart from ZONDERVAN RX7 (West Kendall Location 120 street & 131 Avenue) approx @ 12:30 PM and get on the Turnpike North..

I will call Phil on the radio and he and a couple of other guys will join the caravan at the entrance of the Bird Road Toll Plaza as they will be waiting close to Shorty's at the shopping center on Bird Rd & 116th Ave

Then when we are approaching Dolphin Mall I will call Luis from Dragon Motorsports and he and his crew will join us at the NW 12th Street Northbound Entrance of the Turnpike.

Then as we are approaching the Okeechobee Toll Plaza I will be calling Ed and he and others will join in at the Northbound Entrance of the Okeechobee Rd onramp.

Then from there we will head over to I-75 where others will join in close to Weston onto Markham Park.
