Hey, I just had a thought. Check with your insurance company about covering it under your uninsured motorist coverage. I think that uninsured/underinsured motorist is required at least for bodily injuries in TN so, there is a chance that the insurance company sold you a policy that includes uninsured motorist coverage for both bodily and property. Uninsured motorist does cover hit and run drivers.

I found this info but, no garauntee of it's accuracy of course:

Good Luck!

RoughRex....do you remember what time it was you passed by my car tuesday? might narrow the time down even further since so far it means from 8:30am - 1:30pm it could have been the hit times.

That's some good info, kudos for finding that. Hopefully it won't come in handy one day but you never know.

I'm not sure if I'm going to make it. I put on new rear brakes yesterday and now I'm getting a vicious vibration from the right rear. I'm thinking a piston got fucked up somehow. UGH!

The process involves taking off the wheel, removing a bolt, turning the piston, replacing the pads, and putting it back together. I'm not sure how I could of fucked that up.

Well, Insurance company gave me the big ol "**** You" on money's, so the plan is to find a body.... if I cant Im going widebody. Oh, and future referance, mazda has a part number archived for the rear fenders....but most likely it will be shipped from japan....retail price 767.35, cost of an aftermarket widebody fender kit, front and rear, maybe 800.

Did you threaten to cancel your insurance or sugguest that if they cover it you'll upgrade insurance there? I would have haggled all I could.
