East Tennessee Rotary Club
I could, but you first need the fan (just at pull a part and there we NO fans that would work properly in either an FC or FB engine bay >.< all te taurus's and escorts were picked clean), a 30~40amp 4 pin relay (40amp preferably), one spool each of red and black 10~12 gauge wiring, a box of 10~12 gauge female spade connectors ( need at least 6 ), a box of the eyelet terminals (the ones that are big holes, need at least 3), a switch of your choice, shrinkwrap in the proper gauging, a roll of electrical tape, and maybe a couple feet of the corrugated tubing to 'pre-wrap' the wiring in, and possibly vampire taps if you are staying with the FB fusible link block, or can also swap to a FC fuse block to get rid of the lolfusible links (only requires a FC fuse block, the mounting braket, and a rivet gun.)
let me know what day is best for you. i would like to try and get this done sometime next week. if the Taurus's and the escorts have been picked clean i'll get one out of a sable, i'll check around on them this weekend.
Sables dont have the right fan either. Ford used like 4 different fans between 92~96, the fans on the 94 taurus are 2 speed fans (like mine is) and the escort GT's have 1 speed fans. The fan you need has to have a fan motor that does not protrude too far past its shroud (like 1/2 inch), the majority of the fans I saw out there were the 'older' style and had like a 3 inch motor that stuck past the shroud which is no fun at all.
well considering i have never done it before, i wouldnt know. i will intsall it myself, i just need derrick to wire the bitch up for me. hell..the reason i'm having my intake emissions removed by a professional is b/c i simply just dont trust myself. jimi did it on his FB and hes having ALOT of trouble with his secondarys and vacuum leaks.

ive got the diagram memorized, done it to two FC's, an FB, and rewired my fc so it would 'look' better to me, instead of the wiring mess I had when I initially did it.
lol yeah...i rib everyone when i see efan's and shitty wiring...
looks like ima be on crunchtime to make the next autocross...ima order the caliper(s) tonight and hope they show mid week so I can redo my entire brake setup front to back. That is: upgrade to the T2/vert style rear rotors/calipers, replace the front caliper(s), paint the calipers, and bleed/flush the system so i have 100% new fluids in the lines finally.
