I snapped a few pictures of it in action at the blount county autocross , someone I was working with at the time saw them . They knew you and told me about its story , nice work on bringing the color back .

Ah yes , thats right ! Seeing that car reminds me of the 89 gxl I used to drive white with blue interior , originally it was an auto , but I converted it over to a 5 spd after purchasing a wrecked gtu . I was 18 and that was my second RX-7 . The only thing that had to be fabricated was the trany mount . I ended up parting it out after blowing several driveshafts " 1/8th mile racing " eventually taking the tailshaft housing of the trany out while ripping a large hole in the underbody tunnel .

Ohhh, so we've almost met before then. That's cool. Who was it that knew me? It's a small world apparently. Thanks, it's been a lot of work. It's too bad it had to do so much damage to the clearcoat. After all that work, it still has some orange on it and it needs a paint job.

KOOLAID!!!! Ha, that's awesome. He probably hasn't even seen the car since it's been completely white. He needs to bring out the Toyota to the next Pellissippi event, that would be a blast.

No, the camera uses the small cd-r/w's that are half the size of normal (called pocket cd-r's by memorex), ill just have to order a 50stack from memorex next week I guess.

And who showed you a picture of my new toy?

It's a secret!

Oh yeah, Yeti... if you can come up with the money it's yours. I'd love to see it stay in the club. I'm not in any hurry to sell it since it's a good daily driver and my back up car keeps blowing fuses. But if someone shows me cash or a nice (running) bike then I'll walk or wheelie to the bank.

I'd rather get a car from someone I have met a few times and so on. And when it lemons I can find and maybe they know what happened. Also I give me a face when I find something stupidly done on the car.

Anyway, Derrick is this camera made by sony? Because only sony would do something silly like that instead or using a common format. They used to sell the cd-rs around here because I have some.

Good to know that you'd come hunting me down when something goes wrong with it, Yeti Remind me to write up an "as-is, no warranty" contract. Hey, if you're lucky I might help you sort out whatever is wrong with it, but I try to do that with everyone's cars. But it's been pretty damn solid for me because I take care of it, so I'd expect it to be the same for anyone else that does the same.

Yeah, read the ad in the SE FS section. It's just the radiator and somewhere in the clutch system now. Neither are big leaks. I need to hit up Pull-a-Part soon and see if they have an FB I could pull a radiator off of.

oh. well I had read it but I guess I was thinking it was still leaking more. Now I do have a question. why does the cd player's volume only work with the parking lamps?
