screw that man, use your geo for a daily, i change my mind, get b. never to much horse power when youv got the money for gas. make that your weekend car. something you take out every once in a while so it can smoke the little hondas, jettas, and nissans with. if your driving a geo every day you can save a rack of gas money and have it all for the one weekend you fill up the rx 4 times just to drive around.

no theres not too many really fast cars that it would make it hard to beat. they all just go for looks in bristol. ive seen one eclipse that some girl drives. thats pretty damn fast tho. i tried racing her but she just jumped off the line and bounced on my. but yea there mostly show around here. its just fun to beat the hell out of them., its never a waste if you dominate on them.

lol I can do it with my NA as it is, but just for that extra bit of oldschool beat down Id like a starion, which all of them stateside came with a 2.6L 4cylinder and a small turbo, but depending on the badging they had beefier things, and it was a nice RWD platform. But its such a shame that mitsubishi replaced it with the shitty eclipse...and most talon/eclipse drivers dont know they have a pos. So Id like to show em what a real DSM can do lol

i didnt even know what a starion was till i just googled it .

and yes i find it to be alot of fun to mess with the hondas . although there is 1 teggy driving around here with a big *** front mount that im not sure i would want to mess with.

talons and eclipses are pos i agree but hondas really arnt there just owned my dumb asses who **** em up and have no idea how to properly setup a car

LOL yeah...starions are nice and big, come in flatside or widebody, 4lug or 5, and if 5lug they have 16x7 and 16x8 wheels OR the SHP package sets the stagger at 16x8 and 16x9 wheels.

Hey, thanks for posting the info. Chatty is actually a bit closer than Bristol. A night autocross... sounds interesting. Didn't your region used to have Solo I competitions a few years ago? I probably won't make this one but I'll keep it in mind.

man is there anybody who lives in britsol on this forum? i stopped by the liquer store earlier and there they were. two red rxs right nest to each other. one s4 gtu, and a s5 gtu i think. the s4 looked a little beat up, faded paint, ripped seats and cracked dash. the s5 tho was nice. i think thats a project car tho cause no plates. shiny paint no cracks that i could see. deep tint so im not sure, did see a rip in the driver seat but thats it. i was sised cause thats three in bristol now. all red, those two and the one TII that im wanting to buy. then as i left the parking lot of the store, right across the street inside a chain link fence behind a run down car garage was an sa. weeds all around it and all flat tires. brought a tear to my eye that someone just abondoned that poor little baby.

most front mounts you have to cut the bumper to fit around the FMIC

yea id say just cut around it to make it fit. then you can piece the little parts bat together to make it look more custom. a little bondo and hard work and you can make the front, where the intercooler is, stick out a little more on the stock bumper. might look a little different but its still a cool custom look.

the GXL im speaking of is in a 'salvage' type yard at exit 4 in whitepine, but it apparently drives. interior is **** in it, but body is fairly straight and all the glass is intact, will need new tires/wheels and a full exhaust at the least before id drive it anywhere. Ive personally seen the car, mechanically its all there, just needs tlc and scrounging for better seats. Ive got good condition grey manual window door panels out of my car since ive got black now, but that thing out there needs a full dash, or at least some serious creativity, but not bad for its cost, which might have gone down.

You don't need an exhaust, you need a saw.
