That is sad... i thought for sure there were people that said they would go.

Well, I was there... Where the f**k was everyone else?

This is getting to be an on going trend with S.FL meets, lots of 'interest' but no involvement.
Personally, Im getting sick and tired of being the only one to commit to these events.

Im sure Vil is really happy she woke up at 8am and spent $75 on food and BBQ materials, again, so that no one would show up, again.

The lack of involvement by DSR club members is pathetic, and as far as Ive seen, for a club with 40+ members, we only have about 6 that actually participate on any regular basis.

Vilmarie has done a lot of work putting together T-Shirts, Pit Crew Shirts, Window Logos, getting us discounts at the Drag strip, and putting together events such as this BBQ... the least people can do is show their face once every couple of months to let her no its not all a waist of time.

Who am I to bitch-and-moan? Ive been to almost every single meet for 2 years now, and if you dont know who I am then you obviously havent been to any.

I guess you have to give it time because DSR hasnt been around that long i would think. Wasnt there another club that had really great success which i remember seeing some really cool pics of some big meets?
