We havnt really talked about where yet but I kinda had the bestbuy parking lot in mind as a place to meet up and show our cars and talk before we grab a bite to eat or somthing. But that's just what I'm thinking, if anyone else has ideas feel free to voice them lol

 

Best Buy parking lot seems fine, far enough from the masses. Realized I gotta get a new throw-out bearing.

If you all want to just hang out and talk and eat Target parking lot cuz you have food right there. Now if you want to cruise go into the back road like old 30, Ramsey, ect. Or a nice cruise down in Wilmington Ruben knows Wat am talking about.

 

Well the reason I say the bestbuy parkng lot is because I talked to the manager a got permssion for our small meet.

Yeah, I am "backroad-junkie" for a reason lol. I used to drive Old 30 all the time when I lived acrosst the street off piney green. I usually go to the rural roads of burgaw or old maple hill between burgaw and jacksonville for a nice drive. Theres a few roads around jville that are decent that people could hit up with me if they wanted.
Best Buy is good. I dont think we should argue about where a better spot would be and just take advantage of someone saying one in the first place. To eat should usually be cheap and easy....buffet style. Im not a fan but in this instance I think Ci Ci's would fit our needs. That way no one would feel they wasted good money and food on a $hitty meet they didnt like (it happens sometimes and people dont get along) or for those that put all their money in their 7 (like me) the cheaper the food , the better.

Oh yeah, since we are like a week out maybe a def date and time should be posted that way we can make plans. Im free Fri-Sun and time of day doesnt matter. Maybe get a time allotment like 6-7 meet and greet in parking lot, 7-8 eat, 8-whenever decide what to do next i.e. drive a backroad, talk and get to know each other more, get someones car who JUST made it to the parking lot running lol or go have some drinks, play pool, bowl etc.

 

ya once again i agree, this is kinda the tricky part because everyones schedual is different most of the time. im free fri-sun at almost anytime at this point. what sounds good with everyone else? i like junkies time schedual he came up with.

 

It all depends when and where for me to make it. it will take 2 + hrs for me to drive and it will depend on the wifes schedule. That is if we want to bring more than one of our cars. will let you know once time and place is posted.

 

How about Saturday? Non work day and typical night for Tom-foolery....oh, btw, I think everyone is clear about this and is mature enough but just so everyone is clear that everyone else knows NO BURNOUTS, DOUGHNUTS, RECKLESS DRIVING OR ANYTHING THAT GARNERS UNWANTED ATTENTION!!! This is a mature meet and anything retarded will be addressed. I will call the cops myself if someone is being an a$$-hat and will smile if they remove a 7 from the immature hands of anyone who would do such things on public roads.

 

ya saturday sounds good to me. and i agree with the no "being a idiot" statement above. we are rotorheads, not some 10 year old kids with hondas who think they came from the "Fast and the Furious". lets keep the name of the 7s clean and unthrashed

 

if its on a saturday, the wifey and I will be golden to come out... we both dont have any plans at this point in time... hopefully a lot of people will show up and we can have a blast

Well right now it seems we have around 8-10 of us planning on making it out, ill have to go through and. Make a updated list of people coming out. And Saturday sounds like a offical day.
