Pretty much going to copy and paste what is already listed in the Events
section.....

There will be a BMS BBQ on December 17, 2006 at Paradise Beach Park. I am going
to get to the park at 10:00 AM to try to get some parking blocked off and get
set up. For the rest of you, anytime between 10:00 and 11:00 would be perfect.
We will be collecting money ($5 per person) to cover the cost of renting the
pavilion, food, and drinks. We will provide all of the food and drinks. People
attending will not need to bring anything other than themselves, their cars, and
money if they have not paid before hand. We are hoping that most people will pay
before as to cover the costs associated with putting on the BBQ. If we receive
more money than what was used to cover the expenses, the money will go towards
expenses for the next CFC that will happen a few short months after this BBQ.

All the same rules for BMS weekly meets will still apply. A few adjustments are
as follows. There are NO pets allowed in the park. Alcohol is allowed as long
as there is NO glass. I will lose the deposit on the pavilion if either of
those are broken and that would be a really bad thing. If you choose to bring
some beer/liquor, please be responsible.

There is a weekly BMS meet tonight as well. I would really like to see most of
you out there and hanging out. I will also be collecting money for the BBQ so I
can buy you all food, so come and find me. I will be wearing my black BMS
t-shirt for those of you I haven't met.

I know some of these guys and they are great, the park is not named Paradise for nothing, I used to live across the street. If anyone interested start a caravan thread and the leftovers can stop by mi casa, before or after this event. Really good drive for people stuck inland and no hurricanes this time of year. the weather is suppose to be spectactular for lot's of photo ops and not just of cars. Yes, this is a family friendly place as well, with modern facilities, showers, restrooms, water, shade, seating. come on over and help rep the Association of Rotary's maybe pass out some stocking stuffers there

thanks again simon, I will be chillin in the Keys in January for a couple of days, and we should have some events going on up here. ASAP I will talk to Kandela and there is a National Mazda Day coming up in March 07 in Orlando. If you want to do the Ginormous meet and BBQ thang. Picking up the FD monday.

Bringing the Association and 07 Corolla S, so wife can participate, tried to get hold of mx513bturbo/Steve, have some Orlando guys coming and locals in all different cars.

Kandela, Simon and DSR, ACLinks and Association is talking to MazdaNationalDay coordinator and last I heard it's next month, will keep updating info
might bring some Orlando people to keys for fishing

Rob, thank you for coming out and it was nice meeting you and your wife. Sorry I didn't have more time to chat. Next time there is some sort of Rotary meet in Orlando, send me a PM or email me and I will cruise over to your turf.
