Is this a drifting event? I've got a couple of guys that are interetsted, but we weren't sure exactly what to expect out of the event.
Thanks, Josh |
Event is this weekend!
We still have spots remaining so come out and have fun! |
some photos of the event. it was tons of fun, though it took a little getting used to for me. i've spent too much of my life trying to learn how to stop the tail end from sliding out, hahahah. there were crazy powerslides around almost every turn. the dorifto crowd seemded to have a better grasp of the situation. either way i recommend going at least once.

Thanks for coming out -- we're glad you had a good time!
A little bit of slip is definitely the fastest way around the course . The key is knowing the balance between when you're sliding for sliding's sake and when you're using just enough to go fast. We all loved your car! |
yea, i was trying to find that balance, but only felt like i did on a 2-3 of the runs. though it was slower, it was fun to use the power to keep the tail-end out.
thanks for the compliment, and most of all thanks for putting on a great event. |
It wouldn't have been great without competent and sportsman-like individuals like you coming out and having a good time. That's why we do it!
Hope to see you and some others at the next one. |
