When my car was like that the fuel pump had been wired in backwards or something @_@

you are running nicely rich...you also should get some new rubber donut hangers for your exhaust..that way it wont shake so much

the motor was doing it when it was in another car

check your cat, and exaust, and pull all of your injectors, send them off(i dont have a link, sorry ) to have them cleaned and balanced... and new plugs...
just for good measure if not for anything else.
