What's next?

I've had my boosted 7 since my senior year in high school..so about 7 years now.. at this point i'm running:

aftermarket swaybars
tokico shocks
245/17s in the rear, 215's up front
6puck act clutch
bnr stage 3 turbo, 11psi
rtek 1.8
720 primaries
1000 secondaries
intercooler of course
safc tuner
3" dp
racing beat catback exhaust

I've had a blast with the car...now at 248,000 miles (bought at 164,000) is standalone going to be the next big step that will really help the car open up? the turbo was the last real big upgrade and that was night and day I'm assuming the car is putting out around 250-260 to the ground but i'd like to see 350 or so to the ground.. or do I even need to go standalone to get that power? Any things I should be looking at to get it there?

Standalone...maybe not.
But you will need timing control shooting for 350whp. The turbo should be good for it and the Rtek 2.1 would give you timing control and other useful features. Actually you prolly have enough injector for your goals already.

Now the real question is: Do you really want to push your luck on a 200k engine?

engines only got about 42k on it...and I have a second Rx7 finally. even with Rtek 2.1 you are still limited to the 1 bar system and I don't think an additional 3psi will be giving me anywhere the 350 number. Anyone been close on a similar set up?

Ditch the piggyback and go with something to control fuel/timing w/out trickery. IE an Rtek 2.1 or full standalone. Stock timing is really aggressive up top, but your large secondaries with minimal fuel control are probably keeping things "safe" with excess fuel. It also means you're leaving power on the table with a super rich mixture.

A stock turbo can make 250-260 whp. A BNR 3 has a 60-1 compressor, which is capable of flowing much more air. You won't see its full potential unless you're running it up around 1 bar, but then the challenge is getting it to hold full boost to redline. An adjustable WG actuator or one with a stronger spring helps here.

Not on a rtek, but 346 whp @ 14psi is pretty close

Not a BNR, but it is an rtek and the turbo uses a 60-1 compressor wheel, which is the same one found on the bnr stage 3/4
