Rtek RTEK question stage 2

RTEK question stage 2
Sup guys,
Just picked up an s5fc with a few mods. mild streetport RB header Presilencer Wideband, MS intake and Walbro 255. It's running crazy rich due to the walbro. I am going to order the rtek stage 2 and have it tuned.
Questions I have are.
1. I have to ship my ecu to them to chip, when i get it back will the car be driveable to get to the tuner. over an hours drive?
2. with the above mentioned mods along with the rtek should i look into anything else?
I was thinking of getting an adjustable FPR but wasnt sure which to go with any input would be great.

1. Yes. Just don't rip on it.
2. Adjustable FPR would be a good Idea.
Instead of paying someone to 'tune' the RTEK you could get a wideband o2 sensor and learn to do it yourself. Tuning with the RTEK is slow because you have to use the Palm Pilot and not very economical when your paying someone to 'tune' it. But it is easy enough for someone who can be rational, think things through and understand what the engine is doing and make adjustments/corrections based on actual data aquired (logged) from the car running in the real world environment.

other NA S5 Stage 2 RTEK builds
Whats up man. Just wanted to give you a heads up. RXCookie, Cheseroo, righthandfc and me are all doing NA S5/Stage 2 RTEK builds. From what I can tell no one has been to the dyno or started tuning yet so im trying to get all of us to start posting our progress on RXCookies thread. Im thinking if we all share our tuning tips, maps, discoveries, questions, mistakes, dos/donts, etc, then everyone benefits instead of all of us making the same mistakes. The T2 guys have a thread like that and its got a ton of useful info for their application. I think it would be good for us NA/S5 guys to get something like that going too.
