Running super lean now?

So I took the car out to pull some logs and the car was running great until I started to head home. The car started to run super lean and break up. Checked all of my vac lines, fuel pressure is good, tps and afm is reading ok, have spark on both leading and trailing sides, grounds look good. Thinking it might be my primary injectors? I had to adjust my fuel +15% to get it to idle. The ecu did reinitialize a couple of weeks ago but I was able to reload my ecu config.

A short clip of what is going on.

So I'm about to tear into the car and pull the upper intake manifold to replace all the vacuum caps/lines, check the tid/afm, and fuel filter. Just wondering if it could be a sensor that is causing my issues? Checked the tps and even swapped to a different one, map seems to be reading ok

Another video as it is warming up

Another vid showing it surging while trying to hold 2k rpms

Running lean while revving isn't really an issue and doesn't tell you much.

Are your injectors high or low impedance and do you have resistor blocks?

It runs super lean while driving to. Hard to control throttle and have to keep the rpm's low.

The injectors are low impedance with 10watt/10ohm resistor blocks. The injectors were flowed at WitchHunter May 2012, but the blocks were installed 8+ years ago. The primary injectors flow 690 but I run them on 550 setting and subtract fuel. Secodaries flow 1150cc and have them set to 720 setting with fuel subtracted as well.

New fuel filter installed, cleaned afm, swapped my primary 720cc injectors for a pair of 1000's that I have, inspected all vacuum hoses, replaced all vac caps. Still having the same issue...If I have the ecu set to 550/720 the car will want to flood of course, but when I rev it the afr's look ok. Switch it to 720/720 and it will repeat what it was doing before. The ecu did another reinitialize today. I'm afraid this might be an ecu issue

Did a compression test while I was at it.

Pulled the resistor blocks, swapped to stock injectors and stock ecu and it still doing the same thing. So I think it may be the wiring harness or something else electrical

Still running the stock O2 sensor? I had a problem like that, you could try unplugging the o2 sensor.
