rtek with 4 codes?

So my rtek 2.1 is throwing me a few codes. CAS Ne(code 2), 10-AFM Air Temp, 12- TPS full, and 13-MAP sensor. I know that 2 cause fuel and ignition cut. Mabey thats why the car wont start, but doesnt explain why i got shocked when i checked ignition. Lol My issue with having these codes is that i just h had the motor rebuilt by Rotary Doctor in Neosho, MO, fot the car back, drove for two days and now it doesnt start. It still cracks plenty fast enough, just doesnt start. Hence why i already checked my MAF connections and ignition. So what is my issue? They told me they tried 3 different MAF sensors and still couldnt get the MAF code to clear. Is it likely im looking at a faulty 10 month old rtek 2.1? Any suggestions please? Oh and they pulled and reinstalled the engine.

By the way the car is running on a heavy street port, T04E h3 hybrid, walboro 255, and FMIC. Other mods are misc stuff like coilovers and Koyorad radiator. Other than that, its just another modded 89 TII. Lol

What does the Rtek read for those sensors? Are the readings correct? The error checking in the ECU is pretty primitive. You should be able to "see" the problem using a multimeter by back probing the ECU connections to rule out (or in) an ECU issue. It's not enough to check the connections at the sensor, you have to make sure the reading is getting back to the ECU.

The TPS is the easiest to check as the car doesn't have to be running. See if the Rtek reads around 20% (probably a little higher if the car isn't warmed up). If it does not read right ( I suspect it won't since the error is thrown) Check the signal coming out of the sensor with a multimeter. It should be ~1V. If you have it at the sensor, then check it at ECU.

My guess is a harness issue. If there is no signal out of the sensor, Check the 5V supply to those sensors.
