presets not working?

well first off, my car ran ok without the rtek but now it wont run right on the stock map. Also when I select any of the presets the fuel map doesn't change. Any Ideas?

Hmm, read the manual?

I assume you are talking about the injector presets. Changing those doesnt change the fuel map that you see.

yeah I did read the manual and I didnt see where it said it didnt change the map, I'm sorry I was under the impression for some reason that it did. Now how about some help with my question it ran fine on the stock ecu but now doesnt run fione on the stock map?

It does change the fueling, but its independent of the correction map.

As for the "runs fine on a stock ECU but not the Rtek"...
Did you go through the startup procedures in the manual?

Have you tried resetting the ECU using the reset button on the General Tab in the ECU Setup screen?

Can you elaborate on "won't run right"? It's a pretty general statement.

Yeah im sorry if i seemed a little short yesterday, it was just one of those rx7 days where nothing was going right. I appreciate your feedback. I looked in the diagnostics area and found that my tps was not working and after some investigation found that it is stuck at 100%, the other error i got in there was map sensor, this I am assuming, is either a bug or a problem with my wiring, most likely my wiring since I tried 3 different pressure sensors.

Anyway thanks again for your feedback.

No bugs have been reported regarding the Diag screen. Check the sensors at the ECU with a meter and compare it with the reading at the sensor.

thanks for the advice
