Rtek 2.0 Question..
Hey,
I read through the faqs and pocketloggers site but just want to confirm.
I was thinking about putting in the new Apexi SAFC Neo but it looks like the Rtek 2.0 will do the same thing if not more and easier. Are the adjustments better on one or another.
Will the 2.0 handle larger turbos and higher amounts of boost?
I would be upgrading from the 1.7 to the 2.0
Thanks,
Mike

"better" is relative. It's better in the sense that the Rtek is not tricking the ECU like the AFC does which can create problems with timing.
Yes the 2.0 will handle larger turbos and can read up to about 1 bar of pressure. You can go higher, but you need to know what you're doing and know that the ECU *doesn't* know that you are running more that 1 bar.
As with any tuning system, a Wideband is highly recomended.
