Ok so i just got my N370 rtek today, plugged in the hotsync and no connection. I took the palm and the cable back to my S4 (332?) and plugged it in and it connected right away!

I noticed that my Palm has digital tuning's version 2.1.0 and the one that came with my comfermation(sp?) e-mail says 3.1.3. could this be why my new chip doesn't connect?

I cant find my damn usb hotsync and I don't have a serial on this motherboard, so I can't update it.

 

That was it, I found my cable and installed the newer version and it works just fine on both S4 turbo and S5 turbo.
