Overheating in slow traffic

Help!
My rx7 is overheating in slow traffic.
I'll start up fine drive awhile and it'll be perfect (operating temperature around 73-90C.) but once I start driving slow for a period of time, it'll start overheating. (95-110) 110 is the highest I'll let it go, shut off the engine and once it gets to that point it'll gurgle up coolant out of the overflow. I let it cool down for about 30 minutes and I can drive off perfectly fine. I have a brand new thermostat and upper radiator hose. I have a new lower one as well but I haven't installed it yet. I also checked my fan. So far I have only checked it by turning the a/c on and the fan kicks on. Anything you guys suggest?

What kind of RX7 is it, first gen, second gen, third gen? Turbo, NA?

3rd Gen. Twin sequential.

Make sure the fans come on w/o the a/c. More on the subject...

Pull out the engine oil dipstick? Do you notice any coolant leaking into the combustion chamber ?
- hopefully you don't have bad coolant seals.
