timemachines perron rx7 e85 13b automatic

hey everyone we wanted to share a lil bit on perrons street rx7 its been a while since we posted about this car we went to the local 1/8 to try it out its the first time its ever been to the track since the auto conversion we had some issues with the transbrake not comming on n the converter slipping like crazy but its looking really promissing

we hit a 6.0 on the first pass at 118 n a 5.99 at 118 on the second run on drag radials could not get a good 60 feet do to the transbrake problem enjoy..

indio84 04-07-13 08:48 AM

how come you guys used drag radials?

diabolical1 04-07-13 08:57 AM

looks and sounds good. consistent runs. when you work out the transbrake issues, what should that translate to in terms of time/MPH?

sk8world 04-07-13 09:22 AM

Fast but looks like many auto cars I see... Cutting a light looks tuff! This it what has always held me back from going this route.

well this guy uses the on the street so he wants his car to run without having to change anything on it i would have slapped a set of slicks but to each its own the radials do the trick tho
