MT 305/35r18 on a FD?
 

Anyone know if MT 305/35r18 will fit in the back of a FD? I am asking for a friend.

Your friend is asking for trouble if he is running a stock irs. Much better idea using MT Etstreets if your going to drag race. ( i assume thats your why your asking since your in the drag section). The et street will flex and absorb the shock as where the drag radial have alot more wheel hop, increasing chances of breaking something in the driveline especially the diff.

Thanks Ernie T, I will let him know what you said. Other than the possible/probable breakage, will that size fit in the stock rear wheel wel?

This is what I run. Works perfect.

It's going to depend on the shocks he runs as well as the wheel offset. I have 295s in the back of my FD with no issues and I am pretty sure I can fit a 305 if I wanted to. I have coil overs which give me about another 1inch or so of inside room so the tire does not touch the spring of the coil-over.
