Help setting up all nitrous drag 13bt

I have been running a supercharger, with nitrous and was going to switch to turbo, but I would like to try an all nitrous drag car. I'm not trying for any records, just a fun drag car for the weekends. I'd be happy in the 11's

What I got...

1991 FC3S
13BT S4 street port 8.5 rotors, window bearings, atkins 2mm apex seals
Jay-pro intake
4 inch cold air piping
Auto-nomics TB and six 52 lb/min injectors
Haltech E6x
NOS wet kit (fogger nozzel, 10 lb tank)
stock 88 TII trany
Welded diff (NA, I have a TII sitting around but cann't seem to break this one)
Struts, shock, sway bars ect

I need to run two stages to get over 200 shot, was thinking of getting a plate setup for a carb, and running two 120 shots which would put me at about 300 wrhp, and then going up from there.

Any ideas?

FYI I'm ok blowing stuff up if I have fun doing it.

go to a plate setup under a carb and no you dont need a two stage
if your car is in the 2600-2700lb weight you will need 6.00 or higher gears with say a 26x8.5 tire. start with this.
