Help with launching at the drag strip with street tires

K so I just got my fc back from the shop from getting my 13bre cosmo streetported turboed (s475) 1000cc prim 1600cc sec microtech lt10s tuned at 475hp n Im taking it to the track this weekend for the first time but I only got regular ass street tires they will have to due for now... Any advise on launching? Please help

You are going to wheel hop like crazy. Lower tire pressure to around 20-21psi, and start by launching at 4.5K rpm slipping the clutch. Dont floor it straight away, give gas as the car requieres and the wheel spin stops.

and as far as dropping the tire pressure would that be all
Around or just in the back?

I have a 87 turbo2 and someone is selling me a pair of fd wheels with 26x10.5x16 m/t and Im going to the drag strip for the first time but I cannot drive the car to where the wheels are to test fit them first (cars not registered) from what I've read Im going to need some spacers to get some clearances but what I need to know is what kind or what size spacers? Any that maybe has this set up please help me out and if u have some pics even better
