Full face sintered iron disk?

I’m looking at getting a full face sintered iron disk from either ACT or RAM. I have gone through a few ACT 6 puck clutches already so I’m looking at something that will hold better. I’m still on the stock transmission with around 700hp. I’m just looking for some input from anyone who has ran this disk before. I drive the car only on weekends and most of the time its “to and from” the race track. Can this disk be somewhat streetable? Or is it just a “on and off” disk?
Any input would be great. Thank!

P.S. I cant afford any triple or twin disk setups at the moment so that's out of the question :(....

If your drag racing, my experience has been the sintered iron disc is better because it slips a little and is more forgiving on your drivetrain. When i used the Exedy Triple Disc, it was all or nothing with no slip at all.

Is your car the same silver one in the video? Just curious since you have another red one in your avatar.

yes the car in the vid is mine not the one in my avatar. Thanks for the input guys. spoke with act for a little bit on the phone. I think i'm going to stick with the 6 puck for now. Doesn't seem to last me that long but at the same time it hasn't blown up a transmission yet...

See if you can get one of the new disks-material from act. I was going thru about 2 disk a year but this new one has lasted almost 1 year so far. I also don't slip it at all anymore.

Purely curious: What pressure plate (Xtreme PP?) and 6 puck were you using (sprung or solid disk)?

Thats because they have tons of the old material-disks to clear out first. I honestly do not know if they have them made up or just made me one. They will be the standard after that I was told.

I too run the xtreme pp and solid 6 puck.
