E&J on the dyno

Edgar put this up on his Facebook page, so I'm hoping it's ok to post here.

"Here we go, boris from delirium just took our car to the dyno and some magic happen. 989 @ 32psi 8000 rpms very conservative. Something was hitting the Fly wheel so we stopped. Turbo 2, billet rotor billet timing cover, ems. Hold for a few because we are not done. 65 plus coming soon."

Thanks for the posting this Chris!

I thought they had scrapped the billet rotors idea. 989hp at 32 psi on a T2 engine

PAC ran 220 mph. Why do you think they only ran a 6.56 ET? Their tires are too small? LMAO

mazda2211 11-17-12 06:37 PM

Why is the turbo in the middle indstead of the traditional way is there a better flow that way?

I know this car has been a long time in the works. Glad to see it getting close to seeing the track.

Is all good and thank you for posting. First, I want to appologize for not being around but it's been a crazy year full of joy and sadness. I know some of you thinks we trashed the rotor idea. Well we have not, we have a few customers out there running them and once they are running good they stop giving us info. We decided to complete our project and show every one what we already knew. We have a lot of competition that say our rotors don't work or that aluminum will melt and so on, we'll to them the proof is in the pudding. Our first dyno run, 989 @ 32 psi at 8000 rpms and 622 of torque. Turbo 2 street port no semi, big intercooler and crank trigger. We don't want to jump the gun but them number are very interesting, lol. We are planning to run up to 65 and maybe 70 psi of boost. We do have a lot of testing to do but we will do our best to accomplish this, our main goal is to compete with the best out there two rotor or 3 rotor. We know that we have a car with the goodies and some nice shoes, we have dl chassis on the adjustment and delirium racing on the engine program. There is no coy paste here, e are starting from 0 and we open to all, we are bless to have a lot of friend that will be helping us to get this done. We do appriciate every one here and our customers and we can't forget the fans, thank you we could not do it with out your support. We will continue to push the envelope and keep your eyes open we have some interesting and craziness coming very soon. If any one has any questions please feel free to email us (enjauto@bellsouth.net)

Thank you

Shout out for the lady !! Dunno what you guys are looking at but she is awesome

Grant M 11-28-12 11:28 AM

With the aluminium rotors are you experiencing bell mouthing on the apex seal groove? If so how have you over come it? An insert for the corners of the rotors?

Good luck with the car, it just shows what lots of methanol and boost can do.
