wrong premix.......
first of all , i will admit, yes i'm an idiot....
so anyways, today i go to fill up the fd, and for SOME reason i grabbed a quart of amsoil synthetic instead of 2 stroke, which i noticed AS i began pouring and noticed it wasn't blueish like normal. a hair under 10 oz made its way into the 20 gallons (full tank) of gas, what should i do? is it somthing that will eventually work itself through the system, or is it going to clog things up along the way? do i need to drain the tank? :wallbash: |
Should be fine. It's the same as running synthetic in the engine. The Amsoil oils don't have high ash content and should burn quite a bit cleaner than other synthetics.

true.....i'm not so much worried about it getting into the engine tho as i am with it going through the fuel system..... i'm thinking being that its mixed with a full 20 gallons of gas that it should be pretty diluted tho

well just had the wideband going to check over everything....... still getting normal readings, i think its been diluted enough that its not a problem :) gonna change the fuel filter after the next tank of gas just in case tho
