secondary port
 

suggestions on making these ports better. Looking for fairly good idle with good bottom end power. T66 turbo .96 a/r p-trim, 20-23psi boost.
Ports are not 100% done, need sanding.

Primaries look fantastic on the bottom from what I can tell.

Secondary port outlet needs to exit more of an angle upwards towards the compression stroke instead of 90 degrees outward from the housing. Pay close attention to matching the cast iron up w/ the nitrided plating as well as tapering and edging the short radius of the port outlet.

Looks good so far. :)

Are you saying, make the top of the secondary port angle the same as my primary port angle? Most times I go up 8-9mm on the secondary ports with around 30-40deg angle from the bottom of the port to the end plate face.


have another question: What gives more low end power, porting out or porting up?
