Looking for machined exhaust sleeves

Hey all, I'm looking for a place that sells the machined exhaust sleeves for the rotor housings that are cylindrical instead of somewhat conical (like the stock ones)... I believe that any year would work, but if in doubt, I belive FD sleeves are needed (Aren't they the same as the FC????)

Anyhow, I want to use these in my new motor and any help locating a vendor would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

make your own with a good dremel

Its a little more complex than that... A mill would be ideal for such an application and undertaking.... A dremel would go through $60 in drums to make 1 :D

On a side note... if anyone has any exhaust sleeves at all from a T2 or an FD, junk housings are fine, all I need are the sleeves. Get ahold of me... I need 3 of them.

Thanks guys,
Nick

wow

you are not going to believe this but i actually have one set left, i made four sets of them at my fathers machine shop on a Fadal cnc mill and it was a pain in the ass! any way if you want a set i will sell them to you for 100 bucks inc ground shipping. email me at wwm1@wt.net and i will send you a pic of them next week when i get back in town. they are made of steel and do wonders for spool up ;) of course you will have to port match them, they are made small for that reason. let me know

sleeves

i also have buttloads of old rotor housings lying around if you need just regular sleeves but as you already know they are a pain in the ass to remove. the only way i remove them is by grinding the inside down until you can see the pins and then knocking them throuhg with a pin.
