Igniter Box for 1980 RX7
 

Apparently this item is no longer made. I have tested the igniter modules and they are fine. I have tested the igniter box and the leading feed to the module is not working. I don't have any spark to the leading plugs.
Besides searching junkyards, are any available anywhere new? Or is there some type of replacement workaround design?
Also I am thinking of connecting the lead coil primary side coupler of the leading ignition module to the trailing ignition module as a temporary workaround. However, I think I have to advance the trailing timing to then mimic the former leading plug timing. Does that seem right? Does anyone see an issue with such temporary action? Thanks!
