I have heard some bad storys a while ago
me too
what story did you guys here?
just bad storys about avtual seal failure and just they suck
so everyone still agrees with the stock seals...lol I tell you, rotaries is the only motor out there that everyone wants nothing but stock parts in them no matter what the case is
atkins is a good set and cheaper
I've wanted to try those new seals but not on a motor I need or am spending tons of money on. I need a motor to play with...
The direct oil injection is interesting, but I wonder how well it flows under high pressure. The 60-120 PSI of oil coming out of the pump is reduced by the time it hits the rotors. I can't tell if the oil feed is from the "cooling chambers" or direct off the main bearing, but... I'm not convinced there would be enough pressure to kick a lot of oil out.
I assume R&D has been done to prove this works, but I think I'll stick to premix. -=Russ=- |
well there's no oil coming out of it now?
so i figure, if you're gonna go for it. Do it, on a cheap 12a. I'll get around to it eventually. Right now I have to learn how to build a motor first. |
