Air Temp Sensors

Does any on know what the voltage to temp ratio is for either GM or Bousch air temp sensors?

I would like to build a simple temp prob to place before and after the IC and have a small duel display to monitor temps.

Here you go. I will be using one to PWM my intercooler fan.

I was building something like this, except it was going to have 5 displays in one. Now my problem was it was made for AC not DC. I can make single temp (digital) displays probably for under 60$ (thats what im currently trying) each is single so I could offer 2 units maybe for 100$? Im still currently testing. First testing will be with the water temps.

Here's a device that will satisfy you guys.. and it's less than $30... and runs on 12 VDC..

I just tested the resistance of the air temperature sensor in the intake elbow of my 20B. I used the MegaSquirt standard baseline temperature of 81ºF and it was between 27k and 28k.

I don't know how accurate my thermometer is, but being right around 27k is encouraging because it matches MegaSquirt's listing for Ford sensors.

Scroll down the page to a little lower than the middle to see the table. http://www.megasquirt.info/manual/mass.htm

The one's Im making can vary in sensitivity. Depending on the type of wire used to make them. Also if the wire is fit for that temperature range. I still need about a week or two , to finish my project, then I'll let you guys know how it looks and go's.
