S4 Streetported NA vs Chevy Monte Carlo

I was driving today and had some fun with this car , im not sure if the year is correct but older models were only 160hp 3.1, the newer model is a 3.4 with 180hp

Anyways they looked at my car and wave at me like they want to see some action, so I downshift from fifth to fouth gear and fly ahead about 10 car lengths as if they didnt even try.

So I left them catch up and they waving and giving me thumbs up then i downshift from fourth into 3rd and redline third gear and again it was no contest this time either but I let them catch up again and I can see they are trying to pull on me and i just make it look like theyre catching up then once they get next to me i floor it again and its obvious there car is completely weak in comparison to mine.

Later on at a light they roll the window down and i tell them its fixed up and he says he figured that, and asks me to spin up the tires. Then for the first time i did a nice little burnout/launch up to 7500 then just let off (didnt want to switch gears at this high of rpm nor did i plan on driving fast anymore). They then beep the horn at me as they are taking the left at the light after I did my burnout.

Wish I could get some better races, but I think this race was more for just fun because it wasnt any competition.

Id even be willing to say it was only the 1998 160hp,185 tq older model but who knows, I'm sure Id have no problem spanking the 2002 180hp, 205 tq one if i blew this one away (assuming its the 160hp model), both weigh alot 3300 about lol.

The 2004+ supercharged ss would be a much better race since its 240hp/280tq, i think it would be a good race but I dont really think I would win with all the torque an hp he has on me, but you never know with all that weight it has of 3522 lbs on that supercharged model my rx7 is almost 1000lbs lighter lol.

I'd never do burnouts on the street just to show off to some kids next to me.Nice kill though?

Awesome nice kill.

So you have a 6 port motor with a street port? i thought people dont usually get the s4 streetported because of a small amount of portable space or something in the motor?

How much hp/torque do you think you are making?

It was actually the first full burnout I ever did in my na rx7 , i did one before but that was before the engine was broken in completely (i know it was stupid) but i only hit like 5000 rpm or so, it had at least 500+ miles on it then.

It was just tempting i couldnt help it, it actually only spun one tire because i have open differential and no lsd :(

No matter how little you can enlarge the space any improvements help and the size is not what is important , its the overall quality of the porting and the technique of the porter that makes the port have more hp potential.

At the flywheel I am making about 180-190hp/160-165tq , this is untuned and still needing an safc wideband dynotuned and to extend my intake piping under the headlight my making a hole and getting another 45 degree 3.5" pipe to add onto (it can actually sucking up hot air from engine bay so i could be actually losing power and have less than my estimate).

Yeah, a while back I raced a newer SS with the 300 hp 5.3 V8 and hurt him pretty bad. He obviously thought he had a bad-ass car but got a lesson that day...lol!

Anyhow, good kill. Those are always fun.
